Knowledge Governance: Building a Conceptual Framework

Resumo

Esta revisão da literatura exploratória é o ponto de partida para uma revisão da literatura em profundidade sobre o tópico"Governança do Conhecimento". O objectivo deste estudo é obter um rápido quadro sobre Governança do Conhecimento; especificamente pretende-se identifiacr os documentos seminais, fucrais e relevantes neste tópico. Também se pretende saber dos contextos destes estudos, bem como quais os níveis ontoloógicos e as activdades a que se refrem. Os principais resultados obridos são: a) a identificação da estrutura do tópico, através dos seus artigos seminais e dos mais citados (documentos fulcrais) e b) a construção da ferramenta estruturada de análise. Esta ferramenta será posteriomente usada para realizar uma revisão da literatira em profundidade que visa desenvolver um modelo conceptual holístico da Governança do Conhecimento. As conclusões principais estão relacionadas às pistas para futura investigação neste tópico.
