Resumo

Resumo: O Brasil no período da ditadura Militar nos anos de 1664 e 1985 estava imerso num regime de poder autoritário e sem liberdades individuais, estas resultado de longos anos de luta no decorrer na contemporaneidade. Neste sentido, a Ditadura Militar política gerou um conjunto de efeitos jurídicos que alterou a realidade social brasileira, limitando os direitos da população aos interesses do Estado representado pelos militares no poder. No ensejo, o tecido normativo forjado pelos militares, a Constituição Federal de 1967 e o AI-5 são exemplos da atuação dos militares na seara jurídica, tema a ser discutido e pensado.

Abstract: The Brazil during the military dictatorship in the years 1664 and 1985 was under a regime of authoritarian power and without individual freedoms, these result of long years of struggle in the course nowadays. In this sense, the military dictatorship has generated a set of legal consequences which amended the Brazilian social reality, limiting the rights of the population to the interests of the State represented by the military in power. On occasion, the normative fabric wrought by the military, the Federal Constitution of 1967 and the AI-5 are examples of the role of the military in legal harvest, topic to be discussed and thought about.
