The technique of mock up diagnostic waxing was used to compose the planning of direct facets in the respective anterosuperior teeth mentioned in composite resin. The use of the direct facets in composite resin demonstrated the quality of this material and its high versatility, which allows the dental surgeon to use it in several procedures. It was possible to correct the color, shape, alignment and function of the restored teeth, resulting in an improvement in the patient's self-esteem and quality of life.
