OS REMANESCENTES DE CERRADO NO MUNICÍPIO DE ANÁPOLIS GOIÁS E A PROTEÇÃO LEGISLATIVA DO MEIO AMBIENTE THE REMNANTS OF CERRADO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANÁPOLIS, GOIÁS AND THE LEGISLATIVE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Resumo
Resumo: O presente artigo sobre os remanescentes do Cerrado no Município de Anápolis-Goiás e a proteção legislativa do meio ambiente justifica-se em face da crescente degradação do Cerrado, em específico, na cidade de Anápolis Goiás, com foco na normatização e suas perspectivas em face dessa realidade. Assim, tem por objetivo analisar a relação e eficácia da normatização ambiental voltada para o Cerrado, no município de Anápolis. Logo, a problemática do tema tem por foco questionar a existência das áreas remanescentes do Cerrado no município de Anápolis e, em tendo, qual o tratamento jurídico dispensado a elas. Para melhor explanação do tema proposto discorre-se acerca da problemática que envolve o meio ambiente no cerrado. O texto adota por metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica, tendo por fundamento autores renomados sobre o tema, e coleta de dados documentais.

Abstract: This article about the remnants of Cerrado in the municipality of Anápolis-Goiás and legislative protection of the environment is justified in view of the increasing degradation of the Cerrado, in particular, in the city of Anápolis, Goiás, with focus on standardization and its prospects in the face of this reality. Thus, aims to analyze the relationship and effectiveness of environmental standards focused on the Cerrado, in the municipality of Anápolis. Soon, the problem of theme is focus question the existence of the remaining areas of the Cerrado in the municipality of Anápolis and in having, what the legal treatment dispensed to them. For a better explanation of the theme proposed talks on the issue involving the environment in the cerrado. The text adopts for bibliographic search methodology, having brought on grounds of lack of renowned authors on the topic, and documentary data collection.
