Resumo

Resumo: A proposta de se pensar o Direito e sua relação com a Literatura foi o desafio assumido pelos gestores e o Núcleo Docente Estruturante do curso de Direito da UniEvangélica. O objetivo foi trilhar o percurso metodológico interdisciplinar e os seus impactos no ensino jurídico. Este artigo procura dar relevo às inter-relações entre Direito e Literatura a partir de um estudo de caso especifico. O curso de Direito da UniEvangélica, avanços e limites vivenciados ao se repensar o fenômeno jurídico e suas interfaces com a literatura. Não obstante, situa-se a temática no tempo e espaço, produzindo pano de fundo para o entendimento de tais ações.

Abstract: the proposal to think right and its relation to literature was the challenge taken by the managers and the core Faculty Law School of Structural UniEvangélica. The goal was to walk the route interdisciplinary methodological and their impacts on legal education. This article seeks to give relief to the interrelationships between law and Literature from a specific case study. The law of UniEvangélica, advances and limitations experienced by rethinking the legal phenomenon and its interfaces with the literature. Nevertheless, it is a theme in time and space, producing backdrop to the understanding of such actions.
